Thank you for being a valued customer. We want to assure you that we are continually monitoring the Russia-Ukraine situation and its impact on businesses operating in this region. Web-Leader is complying with all current sanctions and will comply with all upcoming sanctions.
Over the weekend, Visa and MasterCard announced a block on the following transactions:
- Russian bank issued cards making purchases outside Russia
- Foreign bank issued cards making purchases in Russia
Over the weekend, American Express announced a block on the following transactions:
- Russian bank issued cards making purchases outside of Russia
- Globally issued cards making purchases in Russia
Additionally, American Express has suspended their Belarus operations.
We are taking the proper actions effective Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time to block impacted transactions according to these announcements.
